This is for Windows XP only. I can't confirm that this works on Windows Vista. WiFi MAX is the only way to get online and it isn't the same as WiFi Link. The only way to get online using a PSP is buying a WiFi Max, even if you have a wireless router. All other methods may connect with XLink Kai, but won't connect with your PSP. The setup process is the same for a wired or wireless connection. It also works with PSP Slim and Lite, Nintendo DS and Wii. ZyDas Utilities Load Then Exit This is a common error and I've not managed to found out how to fix it. It's never happened to me so I can't suggest anything apart from plug to WiFi Max into a different USB port and follow my videos exactly.
