Russian MAC/MDS 61 engine

Update: it broke! Unfortunately the crankshaft on my powerful MAC/MDS .61 shattered in-flight. This may have been because I was using a heavy composite glass-filled plastic prop rather than the wooden props these engines were probably designed for. Still, I got more than $49 worth of fun out of it while it lasted! When I saw these engines advertised for $49 I thought "why not take a chance" and ordered one. Over the years I've wasted lots of money on "bargain-priced" engines that end up as paper-weights, so I wasn't too optimistic that this one would be any different. In fact, it was because I'd bought so many cheap model products that have turned out to be worthless that I'm starting the RCModelReviews.com website. See the video and decide for yourself if I got a bargain with this engine or not. Sometimes it's nice to come out a winner (for a change)!
